We have spoken to a lot of schools and they have all told us you have your own internal systems to authorise purchases; we hope we have taken account of this in the methods explained below. We have also kept to commonly held terms for ease of understanding; so we apologise in advance about "shipping" of goods, we don't use a boat to deliver to you but mostly vans or lorries. 

If you do not want to follow the procedure right through you can use the screens at point 5 and point 8 to print for use in your own authorisation procedures and fax to us in the normal way. Please also note point 7 and 8 in particular; we have pre set our site to allow purchase orders only; we do not accept any other method thereby protecting a school against placing unauthorised purchase orders. 

1. Select the range you want to purchase on the left hand side of the screen.
2. Enter the quantity required against the colours you wish to purchase, please note that all our prices are net of VAT.
3. Click "Add to cart" at the bottom of the page.
4. If you wish to add more ranges click on more shopping.  Continue selecting all your items in the same way.
5. When all your items are in your shopping cart click "secure checkout".
6. Account Information Screen: fill out your e-mail address, name, delivery address, etc. and click continue.
7. Shipping & Payment Screen: enter any specific instructions, such as, opening times and click continue. Please note this page is pre-set to "purchase order" to prohibit unauthorised purchases.
8. Place Order Screen: Print out your order form to use in your own school authorisation procedures.
9. Submit Order: This button is at the bottom of the "place order screen". By pressing this button you are telling us that your purchase order will follow. You are not contracting the school by pressing this button.
10. We will e-mail you to confirm receipt of details and that we await your faxed or posted purchase order.
